LaChelle

As A.L.I.C.E. believes, the human experience is meant to be met with curiosity and patience while embracing the change of time.  Tiny moments are opportunities for preparation of what is next.

Life throws us all unlimited curve balls ranging from our daily schedule, relationships, environments, physical health, finances, and so much more - all influencing our mental health. Finding a unique balance to our own perspective and reality can be challenging to understand.

Building a solid framework from my own traumas and surrounded by joy in simple pleasures has brought me to a place of enlightenment and continued gratitude for growth.

Bring yourself to A Life In Continual Enlightenment and join us in the journey.
